Rebates are paid per eligible single-zone outdoor unit: $1,000 at any income, $2,000 for moderate income and $3,000 for low income, with lifetime limits of $3,000, $6,000 and $9,000 per housing unit, plus a limited-time $500 per housing unit for projects completed and claimed between March and December 2026. The two income tiers require that the home be the owner's principal residence, so a seasonal cottage does not qualify at those levels.
